Collecting The Unit
After we have spoken to the customer, we arrange for a van driver to collect the faulty unit from the location of the customer.
When the unit has been collected, we assess it and send the customer a quote within 24 hours.
Repair and Return
Once an order is received, the repair is complete within 7 working days. We then deliver the unit back to the customer free of charge.
