How We Work

Repair Collection

Once you have confirmed a collection location and date with a member of our sales team, we will arrange a collection with our in-house van driver or a trusted courier.

Repair Assessment

After the job has entered the building, it will be booked into our system. The job is then assigned to a member of our technical team for assessment, based on their relevant area of expertise.

Repair Process

When you have accepted our estimate offer, the repair will be complete, overhauled, tested, and QA’d, all within 7 days by the relevant member of our technical team.

Repair Delivery

Now that the unit has been successfully repaired, our inhouse van driver will deliver your job along with a full repair report to detail the work we have carried out, along with suggestions for longevity of your unit.
