We love hearing from our customers!
It is important to us as we actively use the feedback we receive to refine our service processes.
This feedback, combined with the measurement of our internal KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) ensures we deliver a reliable and efficient repair service to all of our customers around the world.
We ask our customers to rank us as either, unsatisfactory, satisfactory, good or excellent, in a range of key areas of our service.
We have taken the results from our 'customer satisfaction' forms, dating back to 2010, and quantified the results in order to present an overall perception of Zenics from our customers.
We then took the overall result and broke it down by question, to get an understanding of our customers perception of each area of our service.
